Been Very Busy...

...but it's time for an update!

So it's been a bit since my last post, but rest assured I am still out here plugging away! In addition to working on various art, beta reading and editing projects, my main focus is the grand finale of my Beyond Cascadia series, Scent of Far Lotus. The first draft is weighing in at 96,000 words, but the end is not quite in view....yet. I am excited about how it's taking shape.

A large chunk of this process involves research on topics that are rather out of my typical wheelhouse, so I want to make sure I am accurate (or at least plausible for dramatic purposes). And then there's the spiritual/psychological development of the main characters...that can be emotionally draining to craft, frankly, but I believe the finished product will be worth it!
